By accessing or using the website at 5starpetfood.com.au ("Site") or purchasing products from 5 Star Pet Food Pty Ltd (ACN 697 891 339) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Australian or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

3. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout where applicable.

Our products are raw pet food intended for animal consumption only. They are not suitable for human consumption. Always handle raw pet food in accordance with safe food-handling practices.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of raw pet food, we are unable to accept returns unless a product is faulty or not as described. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of 5 Star Pet Food Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
